What is CPK File ?
To add CPK file for PTE Patch you need more than copy and paste process, that is why you need to understand what is A CPK file. A CPK file is just a custom file or files combined to be used for the PES 2016 Game. They are created by Patchers by using a Program called “Cri Packed File Maker”. In order to add these CPK files to the PES game you must use another Program called “DpFileList Generator”.
The DpFileList Generator combines all CPK files into one DpFile.bin (the game will read that new generated Dpfile.bin to load all CPKs added in the game. Please keep in mind that you can add these CPK Files only for the offline mode. So it is better to have the PTE patch that allow you to switch between Offline and Online Modes.
DpFileList Generator 1.6 DLC v 4
For the latest PTE Patch 5.3 and 5.4 Update, you need the last DpfileList Generator DLC v 4 by Baris. Even though Baris did not release the official program, i think he suggested how we can use the previous official DpfileList v3 for the new Data Pack 4 (DLC 4). I will show you all the steps that you need to add CPK file for PTE patch 5.4 .
Add CPK File for PTE Patch 5.4 and 5.3
First you need to download the DpfileList Generator v 3 from this Download Link . If the DpfileList program shows errors later then you have to download both these updates and install them:
After downloading these files make sure you follow my YouTube Tutorial video below for clear and detailed Step by Step instructions. Because if you do anything wrong then the patch will be wrong and will not work fine.

It is the same method for PTE Patch 5.3 , simply because both PTE Patch 5.3 and 5.4 has the new Data pack (DLC) 4 included.
Add CPK File for PTE Patch 5.0 , 5.1 and 5.2
However for PTE Patch 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 you just need to use the DpfileList Generator V 3 and follow my previous video on how to add cpk file for PTE Patch 5.0. Because simply the PTE 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2 don’t have the Data Pack (dlc) 4.

As i said already, you can not use Add CPK file for PTE Patch for the Online mode, simply because if you add it for the Online Mode then you can not connect to PES servers or join opponents. So just switch from Offline to Online Mode using the PTE Program Selector to avoid any errors in both modes.
